Todo es Poder is the black humor story where violence, impunity, influence and the powerlessness of many is captured by the camera of a publicist and cameraman aficionado by the name of Gabriel (Demian Bichir from "Sangre, Pudor y Lagrimas) who becomes a victim and witness of a powerful crime but at the same time lives through extremely humorous situations.
