I've experienced good customer service since the new ownership. I can not recall the level previously of cleanliness, however things have been satisfactory on my last two show dates. I plan to go again today. It was very frustrating while the show schedules onlines caught up with the change of ownership and finding movie times and accuracy was difficult. Things have been on track for a couple weeks now and show times have matched the online listings. Its a decent theater and improving

Well I've lived in DL for a few years now and the last owners of it were varry sloppy and lazy on cleaning and upkeep... Place stunk and was filthy every time I went there.. But its under new ownership now and HOPEFULY it will get better... I plan on going to see a movie for the first time since its got new owners so I'll see how diferent if at all it is.

def not my fav theater, but it's close to the lake, so what are you else are you going to do on rainy days. new chairs and some attention to detail cleaning would go a very long way

My family wanted to see a movie on Thanksgiving. Drove 20 miles out. Was informed that the time listed online was incorrect. What was most disappointing was the treatment I received from the women at the desk whom argued with me to prove me wrong.
First...I do not need someone to try and prove me wrong! Her behavior was most insulting. I double checked the times the day of the movie before we left and when we got back. And yes it is in FACT listed for the time I told her.
This would not be such a big deal if she would have just been honest with me and say it was a mistake and apologize instead of trying to make an argument.
