I brought my twin sons to the UA Washington Township 14 to see Avatar in 3-D for their birthday. When we showed our tickets at the door, I discovered that I had inadvertantly purchased tickets on the Internet for Avatar in standard definition. I spoke with the theater manager and he kindly allowed us to go to a showing of Avatar in 3-D by paying the difference in the ticket price. What could have turned out to be a disappointement for my sons, turned into a very memorable and happy occassion. I want to thank the theater manager for his outstanding customer service.

Called theater re tickets - customer service very rude - next call, asked for manager, relayed incident - manager had same "I don't care attitude"
Last time in the theater, parents drop kids off and leave them to see movie -- kids make a lot of noise and ushers disappear and let it happen.
Bad news theater.
