I use this theater regularly and have never had any problems. The theater is clean, the sound quality is good, the workers have always been courteous. There is no reason to expect anything other than a good time seeing your movie. Driving to the theater using Sangani Blvd from I-10's exit 46 can be a problem in the evening though. If you can, come in from the north or east using Lamey Bridge Rd or Cook Rd & Daisy Vestry Rd. -
Ripped Off!!! Once upon a time we went to this theater and clearly and specifically asked for 2 tickets to a movie. It wasn\\\'t until we had gone in that we realized we\\\'d been given the wrong tickets. We were given ticket\\\'s to a movie we didn\\\'t even want to see, and the movie we asked for was not even showing at the time it was posted to be. So, they just flat out refused to exchange our tickets so basically, they ripped us off. So now we fantasize about winning the lottery and building a movie theater next to theirs and selling the cheapest tickets and refreshments in all the land for no other reason than to put them out of business... But in reality, were not the only ones they have ripped off because on that particular day the couple in front of us asked for tickets to the same movie we did and being that movie wasn\\\'t even showing at that time, they were ripped off too but probably settled for seeing a movie they didn\\\'t come to see. If more consumers would demand more satisfaction the world would be a better place... we gave them one star only because the option of no star, or better yet, a burnt popcorn rating is unavailable...
