I frequent all of the Studio Movie Grills often and was excited to go to the newest location. The parking lot is well lit and I loved the new decor....that's where "it" stopped!
When we sat down, we notice there were quite a few waiters lights on, for service. We made it about 15 minutes prior to the previews and not one server came in until after the previews! I had never experience the lack of service at any other Studio Movie Grill.
I liked the stadium seating, however the trays (attached to the chairs) open up like 2nd grade desk. Fortunately my fiance and I had empty seats next to us, because we had to use the adjoining chairs to seat our food and drinks. If you order more than one item, I had a small salad and crab cakes, there were no room for my drink.
Now for the service. My fiance order a Studio Movie Grill Blue Swirl Frozen Margarita. He received a small house margarita instead. We both ordered our food at the same time and prior to the patrons that came in after us. My fiance received his drink & food (although it was incorrect) and the other patrons recieved theirs. I only recieved my items after I inquired 3 times to servers, then finally left the theater and found a manager. This meant I miss part of the movie! The manager comp the drinks, which was not much consolation. I'll NEVER go to this location again!
