For a small town theater it is very nice. No, it does not compare to theaters in cities like Denver. They do not recycle popcorn - health codes prevent this. The lobby is large and concessions are adequate. Yes - you can get show times via the telephone. Getting times at the window when they are closed is difficult as they do not have a large marque. The theater's projection systems are state-of-the-art digital equipment and they have the latest movies as soon as they are released. Often they hold over those movies that people like. The people know you by name when you go and keep the theater clean. When the movie is over the lights come on, but they never stop a movie until the very end of the credits.
Exactly! There is only one way to find out what's playing and the times-go there and look through the window for times; only thing is the text is so small you might not be able to read the showtimes!
Good thing for this site!
Other than that I don't have any complaints except they seem to shut down as soon as the movie are over! Nothing like a small town! Gunnison's cinema is better but that you have to wait for the new movies to come into town months after they have been playing.
Nice theatre. My only complaint is snack counter prices are ridiculous, but that's the norm for most movie spots. As for the review above mine.... Troll elsewhere. You have probably never been to the sky high six and when you do call the number you DO get accurate movie times, as for the popcorn comment.. Get real.
This is the very worst theatre that I have ever experienced. You can never find what their showtimes are. If you call the phone number, you don't even get the showtimes. They recycle the popcorn from night to night and store it under the counter in the same plastic bag they have had since the theatre opened! The place is a dump and I don't rreport this review for TOS violationmend it to anyone!
