I find Sandy Cinema friendly and clean and as long as you don't feel intitled and arrive at the last minute there is no problem getting to your movie on time.

Had to reach to give them that star. I enjoyed the movie, but not the theater's service. I arrived very close to the start time of the movie and found that I was supposed to buy my ticket inside (no problem there). Unfortunately when I went in I found only one person at the counter and perhaps 8 people ahead of me, all of them buying snacks and drinks. As I had to wait for everyone ahead of me to be served it took me nearly ten minutes just to purchase my ticket, which cut into my time in front of the screen, and came very close to causing me to miss the beginning of the movie - and I did miss the trailers.
