OK I do not ever so this, but after reading above I felt the need. Yes movie food is overpriced, but they all are so move on. Ticket price over priced, but they all are so move on & it is cheaper than its competition which is Showcase. Not over attended, why ticket price cheaper, & personally I do not need someone to take half of the ticket I just purchased. Bathrooms are clean. Theatres are clean. If movie starts a little off make some noise they will fix & that is at all theatres since its kids working them, but hey they need to get their feet wet in the working world some place. Overall its a winner when compared w/ competion of Showcase!!
I've been going here for years...and I dont care what theater you go to, put a bunch of children, aka teenagers in ANY theater, and you'll have immaturity.
This place is ok, its clean, comfortable......
Prices are the same as any other theater I know of, ...and they're ALL OVERPRICED, AND THEIR snacks too, but i bring my own.
I've never had a rude person....but I have gone and not found anyone out front, and well, thats a free movie for me, ........
I will say, that the audio is too loud,...but I find that in most all theaters.
All in all, this theater is perfectly fine. If ya want a ten star theater you have to go to NYC or Boston
This theatre is not well attended by the minimum staff employed here.
We went to see a special TCM showing of Singing in the Rain last night which was supposed to have filmed Commentary by Robert Osborne and guest interview before and after the film. The beginning interviews were shown and the film was played although the volume seemed turned way down for the first 15 minutes of the film. The film did not have ending credits,so after the last scene, the screen went dark and the lights in the theatre stayed off. We all sat there for 10 minutes in the dark wondering if there were going to be more interviews as indicated at the beginning, but nothing. They never turned on the house lights so we had to navigate out of the theatre in the dark.As the last of the audience (many elderly and some handicapped)finally emerged from the theatre a teenage girl appeared from the restrooms and ran into the projection booth staff door with her broom and dustpan and ran up the stairs. Did she fall asleep in the John ?
Why is the cleaning staff running the movie ?
I must also comment that there is a bad smell in this theatre and the rugs need to be replaced. There was not even any staff in the lobby or behind the concession stand to alert to the problem, and there is no way to call the manager.
This is why I don t go to the movies anymore.
I love this theater! I will drive the extra 20 mins. for the stadium seating!
I have been going to this theater since it opened and i think it is the best in the area. I take several of the people I support at work there and the staff always seem to accomodate them. The theater is very clean and always has the newest movies out right away at great playing times. I have never had bad service and would reccomend this cinema to everyone.
Very rude, immature teen staff, they do no enforce the rules and you'll find a lot of teenagers on their phones in the stadiums. I personally find the sound to be painfully loud and not the best quality picture. I find ticket price to be reasonable but, as with most cinemas, the refreshments are disgustingly overpriced.
I've been going to this theater ever since it was built, it is a 3 minute walk from my house and I have many memories there, from watching Monsters Inc and the first Harry Potter film to Benjamin Button and Bridesmaids.
I have always found the staff courteous and helpful, although they also seem very tired. The ticket prices are fair, the seats are comfortable, and the floor is clean. Also, nice bathrooms.
I hope this theater stays in business for a long time, because I remain a loyal customer.
