This place is filthy today from the carpet to the floors by seats and trash left in armrest. I'm very disappointed I come here all the time and its never look like this -
dont have a problem with the mills mall. Quit frankly it is just like all the other malls in st. louis. if you dont like the north county mall you betta go out to the expensive ass white people mall n west county and pay more than what you do at the mills. The mills mall is not a bad mal and the movie theater isnt bad either. They price for candy and snacks is the same every where in the world unless you go to Jamestown. Everty time i go to mills and use it the water works just fine. if its that bad use the bathroom before you go. -
I have attended movies at this theater since it opened and have never had a problem. The women's bathroom may suffer from over use in very busy times, but always has running water. Employess have their own restrooms. Male bathrooms tend to be nasty because boys are not careful and can be down right ignorant in groups. Apologies to all boys who behave maturely.
This is a fine theater. Love the seating; there is room to walk between seats if necessary. -
I have been also going to this theater for years and see nearly every movie that comes out. Maybe that is why I have run up 12,000 points on their Regal Club Card. Are there problems? Yes, sometimes the batteries, in the sinks, are dead. Move to a different sink! My only complaint is, I like paper towels! Faster drying than the blow dryers. As for the snack costs. That is a simple matter of economics. Theaters don't make any money on the tickets, at least not enough to keep the doors open and the lights on. 90% money goes to the distributors. Theaters make all their profits on screen commercials and snacks. We don't have to like it, but that is just the way of the world. As for the folks that work there, I have found them all friendly and helpful, if you give them a chance. They aren't miracle workers, but if it is within their abilities, they will try to solve your complaint. -
Alright, obviously this Derek person doesn' t want anyone going here. Mills mall is actually a great mall and the theater is great as well.the restroom problem is annoying but you don' t go to the movies to use the restroom. If this problem bothers you that much just sneak some candy in, most people do anyways because 2 dollars for half a box of milk duds is too much anyways. Oh and if the line is too long use the little atm looking thing, no one ever uses this and it is so fast. -

I enjoy this theater and have been watching movies since it opened; my experiences have been positive nothing like what I am reading above. My questions/concerns are quickly addressed and I am treated kindly.
The ladies restrooms have been clean in the times I visited. -
Everyone is right about the water in the bathrooms not working and it has been that way basically since they opened. The bathrooms are sometimes very nasty. However, what I dont understand is why Kerrin, allowed them to get away with not supplying sound for 10 mins. you paid to watch and listen. u should have gotten a refund. - why complain now?

I have too much to say bad about this mall. They only allow 45 words so I'll make it short. Horrible bathrooms, employees can't wash their hands so don't buy food from there. Sneak it in. Management is awful. Mall is hideously ugly and run horribly. -
