While I have always enjoyed going to Crossroads 20 to see movies, bringing my family and friends there as well, after seeing the unfair treatment of a fellow patron and her children I may not go back. There was a woman with 2 boys who arrived nearly an hour early, being the 5th people to arrive to see that particular show of Hunger Games. There was no line marker near the theater entrance and the usher who tore the tickets when asked said there was no line. When it came time to enter the theater, these people were asked to go to the end of the line, now some 60 people long. When the mother tried to explain to the manager that she and the the people around her had been there first and that the line (which was apparently moved across the hall and nearly hidden by candy machines), the manger made her look like some kind of liar telling to go to the end of the line or go home. That poor mom! Those poor kids! A nice patron did let them in line closer to the front. I saw the mother try to talk to the manager again before she entered the theater. And this time, when there was no audience, he apologized to her. Since there are plenty of other theaters in the area who will treat patrons with more decency, I think I will give them my business. -
This movie theater is the best me and my friends always come here to watch movies get conseccions and chiil to a great movie. This movie theater is also so much better than other movie theaters i know someone who had something go wrong with their movie they finished it and got a free pass for 2 movies.
