What a bunch of crybabies! Only a certain amount of screens so you don't get a good seat? They have 14 screens, but being a theatre in one of the most populated areas of Seattle, of course you have to get there early to get a good seat on a Saturday night to see a new movie. Duh! Prices too expensive? The same as virtually every new theatre in town for 3D movies. And it's very rare they change a showing, instead of letting it ruin your night, grab a burger next door and see one of the other 13 movies playing that night. They can't change the newspaper listing at the last minute, so Fandango seems to make the most sense.

Too bad there isn't a zero star option.
Just took the whole family there to see a showing. Got there 10 min early, parked, but when we went to buy a ticket we were told: "oh, sorry, we cancelled that showing, we only change the show times on the Fandango site, all the rest are wrong." So they change it on a whim, and our evening is shot.
This from the most expensive theater in town??? Feel like I've been pooped on. -
To the person complainin about the front row... Get there on time and get a good seat. You are probably one of those f***s that comes late and make half the row move so you can get your ass seated.

Great place, although the prices are fairly expensive, the theaters are comfortable and its not too crowded

They really stuff you in here. They only have a certain amount of screens, so we've often been forced to get a refund after getting to the theater and only having front row still available. They actually have a desk set up and refund you quite quickly, so I think it's a pretty frequent occurrence. If you are seeing a new show on opening night, get there very early to get your seats, and count on people sitting right next to you on all sides. I don't think there is good ventilation either, because in the upper seats it can get quite muggy/stuffy. We've gotten colds after movies there two times. Coincidence? Parking is good. Bring your own food and beverage!

Great theater, but the prices are too expensive. $15-20 for a 3-D movie is way too steep, $8 for popcorn is also ridiculous, but the theater has comfortable seats with nice arm rests. Usually not too crowded, and nice faculty.
