Most improved theater in the area. A few years ago I had to walk out of a showing TWICE because of projector problems which Management was unable to fix. ("The guy who knows how to do that won't be here until 5.") Today I think they do an OUTSTANDING job.Two incidents come to mind:
1. I bought my ticket, wandered the mall, then realized I lost my damn ticket. In the midst of explaining this to the box office girl, the manager popped his head in the booth and said "Let him in, it's ok."
2. At the live screening of the Rifftrax movie, there was a technical problem and they couldn't get the movie started on time. Within 15 minutes someone came in and handed out 2 movie passes to everyone. 10 minutes later they escorted us to a different screen where we saw the movie, with only the first minute missing.
The facility overall is first class, from the seats to the snack bar. Floors and bathrooms always clean. Employees always friendly. What more can you ask for? This used to be my last choice for current movies, it is now my Default Theater.
