Customer service was terrible when purchasing tickets. Lady said nothing to me not even, "enjoy the movie." One would think that they would attempt to be friendly. Only saving grace was the concessions guy seemed like he was happy to have a job.
I'm never going back there. They are supposed to be a "newer" movie theatre yet, the "older" ones have close captioning for the deaf and hearing impaired but they don't? They wouldn't even give me a discount to watch Frozen with my daughter who can hear. Should I have paid to sit there through the whole movie just to stare at the screen and maybe fall asleep? I don't think so!! I was not asking for a discount for her, she would understand it. But for me to pay full price.. Nope I'm deaf... Not stupid!! From now on, we will just go to Sandusky's movie theatres. They might be older, but hey, the service will defiantly be better!!
I really enjoy this movie theatre. My family and I have been coming since it opened. We are very happy with the service we receive, the taste of the concession food is good, the prices are good, and the movie quality image is awesome, not to mention the comfy seats. The other perk that is nice for a large family like ours is that we can bring our own popcorn bags and cups to enjoy the free refills! I highly recommend attending this movie theatre and it's worth the drive from Sandusky.
The wife and I went here on Friday July 5th..As soon as we walked in there was some guy, leaning over the ticket counter eating a sandwich, while there was two employees there, only one window was active because it was obvious it was their friend that was standing there eating. We finally get our tickets and head to the snack counter. There was four employees back there and again just one line opened. In fat they seemed like some were lost and hadn't a clue as to what they were doing. The smell of burnt popcorn soon filled the air..The entire ordeal seemed rather unprofessional. So we bought the large combo. Tow large sodas and a large popcorn with free refills while your movies playing..for $14.50 well our movie started at 9;30 pm and at 10:30 I went to get a refill on my popcorn. We as I approached the counter I noticed all the lights out and a girl looked at me like a deer caught in the headlights. She advised me they were closed already and she was sorry, that's all she could do as the other employees looked on. I for one feel I have been ripped off over the free refills while your watching your movie, when they shut the snack bar down before the movies half way over with, Or why would you sell it like that. This entire evening was nothing but a joke for this so called Premiere Theatre. I know I will not be going there anytime soon, Sandusky is 15 minute drive I think even at the cost of gas my experience will be much better going there...
