I love everything about this theater - the location, movie menus, the snack bar - EXCEPT its restrooms - they are poorly (and infrequently) maintained and monitored - often, after I wash up I still feel like "don't touch anything" - sorry to have to say this but I have been going to this theater for years and have spoken to management but nothing seems to change...so, sadly, I feel the need to post this important deficit in what is otherwise a great theater... -
This theater has great soul. They show a few mainstream flicks but primarily they go after the smaller, more heartfelt films - the ones you remember. The staff is friendly and personable and the decor can't be beat. I always look at Midtown's listings first. It's where I want to go to the movies. -
i live 50 miles away but sometimes i will make the 100 mile round trip to avoid having to settle for a common dumb flick full of dumb action instead of quality acting in the quality movies you can often find here . the great restaurants immediately in front of the entrance is just a added plus . also i am not someone who goes into the city often and i find this location very safe with such nice stores as traders Joe's @ front of shopping center -
This is the best theater in Atlanta. If a movie I want to see is playing here, I won't even look anywhere else. They show a great mix of popular, independent, and foreign films. It's easy to get to and the parking is GREAT. I hate those deck parking places where you have to leave bread crumbs to find your car after the movie.
