Dear person who wants an apology,
Do you really think that some 16 year old pimple face kid cares about customer (or costomers as you spelled it twice) service? Did you really go to a movie for customer service? I go there for entertainment. In fact, sometimes part of the entertainment is the 16 year old kid working his first job. So please, bring your business elsewhere. The only other theater in town is owned by the same company. Maybe you should stay home and watch movies instead of trying to get some poor kid fired from their job who is just trying to make a buck. Which I am pretty sure is minimum wage, if not very close to it.
I really enjoy going to this theater... The people have always been nice to me and the sitting area was kept very clean and nice. The only problem I EVER had was with another group of movie goers. A bunch of 13-15 year old girls wouldn't shut up or stop texting long enough to hear a solid five minutes of the movie. I have never gotten upset with someone while I was watching a movie so this was a first for me. My boyfriend and I had to move because they were being so obnoxious. However, we still enjoyed the movie and will keep coming back to this theater.
The theater was fine, except for the boy taking tickets, he was very rude and unprofessional. He was being very immature and yelling things across the way to us and making rude remarks to us and other people while talking our tickets. I would hope that someone in his job position would be better with costomers instead of treating them like they aren't important. I definately don't want to go to a movie theater where employees like that are working. Even if he didn't like us for some reason he should in no way act on it while he is working. He made my impression of the theater a bad one and I am considering taking my buisness else where because of they way he presented himself and the theater. I did speak to the manager in the theater about her employees actions and she was very nice and said that she would speak with him and I really hope that the management will take action and either make sure their employees are making the consumer happy, or get rid of the employees who seem to think that they are above the costomers. I would also like an apology from the theater for the way we are treated before I ever consider going back there.
