If you feel a certain way about the character of other movie goers maybe you should stay at home and wait for the DVD to come out do us all a favor.

I had two free movie tickets for the screening of Hangover 2 last night 5/22
Very disappointed...I fully understand first come first serve. We along with others did the right thing waited 1hr 1/2 we drove 25 miles from Tipton County...yes we were turned away do the capacity was filled..would not have been upset if the staff was doing their job.. so many people were upset due to the fact that alot ALOT of people were just cutting into the line......when we said something to the "young" staff they just asked what do you want me to do about it....will not recommend this Paradiso and I work at a very well known hotel in Memphis.... -
The Paridisio is a great theater with restaraunts and multiple snack stations. I really like the environment and decor of this theater.
The people that attend this theater are normal and keep to themselves mostly. It is overal a very great theater. (I am not affiliated with the theater but have been attending showings there for several years).
I am embarassed for the not so educated person that put the repeated reviews below. I hope that you do not take it at all sincere, that person clearly has some issues. -
I don't have much to add to the list of reviews here. I just wanted to thank the other two reviewers for the warning.
When I first heard that black people were attending movies at the Paradiso, I was skeptical. But after catching a few movies there, I'm here to tell you that it's true. Black people were present for almost every movie. I asked the manager if he would please throw all the black people out, but he said that was a racist thing to say and told me that I had to go instead. I told him that IM WHITE but it didn't help matters.
If you're anything like me (ie. extremely stupid and racist), you shouldn't go to this theater. You also shouldn't go to the grocery store or gas station, as I've seen black people there as well. In fact, you may want to go ahead and avoid the entire city of Memphis, just to be safe, as there are sometimes black people walking around on the sidewalks or driving in their cars on their way to the Paradiso. -
Yes this is a good theatre, until the occasional GANG UNIT , BLACKS & WHITE TRASH come visit. They should make a theatre specifically for them. And dont think Im some racist because IM BLACK. But its sad to say that my younger generation of people are ANIMALS and I myself HATE to be around them!! They should enforce dress codes at these theatres to keep away the hoodlums!!! -
Good theatre. Great seating. Not allot of wild people there. However, you do have the occasional HOOD Rat Family come visit the non-corupted theater. It is Memphis, so you have the 67% element ruining your visit. However, you are less likely to encounter them here than another theater I have found. -
