Worst customer service EVER. Been three different times in the last 2 months, only to find out that the times listed on the website are incorrect. Each time, greeted by some obnoxious, underpaid teenager.
"The people who list the movies on the website are a third party, so....."
No one ever offers to remedy the situation, etc. We drove all the way from Boynton west to the drive-in for nothing. Waste of gas, time and energy. I am sick of driving all the way out there to find out that we can't see the movie and being greeted by attitude from some pimple faced, pubescent peon hormone caddy. I think we'll just wait for movies to come out of Redbox from now on! Argh! lol -
we just went there to watch frankenwenie, be careful with your money....we were so excited it was our first time going 2 the drive in she stole 10 dollars of our change when we realized it was too late....keep an eye on your change... -
TO THE PERSON WHO IS CRYING LIKE A BABY MAYBE YOUR THREE YEAR OLD SHOULD PUT YOU TO BED AND GO TO THE MOVIES BY THEMSELVES IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY WOULD HAVE A BETTER TIME !!!!!!!!! -
I love the drive in because my kids can get comfotable while watching the movie and most of all its affordable. If you go about 7:30 you can catch the children movies but if you go late you have to wait until it replays which is late..but to each its own..im happy with the drive-in.

My comment was from about a year ago. I have a hyper child who didn't do well in a theater and has gotten use to watching movies at the Drive in. They were not playing Kid movies when they came out then and if they did have them listed it was at 11 at night. I'm not stupid and understand the fact that drive in means night time. I am very glad they changed hours and play more kids movies.
As for the ones who question my parenting skills and want to be smart asses maybe you should question yours.. It asked for a review not a attack on someone's opinion, my review on The Swap Shop has changed since I believe now they consider kids and family, but my thoughts on the People in this county sure hasn't gotten better -
I take my kids to the drive-in almost every weekend and I have a 4 yr old, so stop complaining; if you don't like or you want something early take your 3 yr old to Muvico in City Place or in Boca. You can't have everything ur way this is not Burger King. -
I love the swap shop drive in!! it's a great date night idea and is still affordable..... and in regards to the person who wrote "they don't consider children" if you dont like the timing u should take them to a regular theater but it's a drive in so they can't start the movies until after it is dark outside otherwise you would'nt be able to see the screen, and it is very unfair of you to give them such a low star rating due to something they have no control over.... but ive been going for years and its a wonderful, fun idea for a great night!

Love the drive-in great for kids to (especially ones that can't sit still like mine) and a great for dates to you can stay in your car and have a little privacy. Can't beat the price. :) Also the swap shop is great. -
7:30 is not late, unless of course you are taking your 3 year old to see "Paranormal Activity 2" which I would say that you have more to worry about than how late your 3 year old is out.

I don't think they consider children.. I wait for a kids movie to come out and you have it at almost 11 o'clock at night. How am I to bring a three year old out that late?
