staff is a little rude and none friendly but theater set up is great , stadium style sitting allows for tall people to sit in front of me w/o blocking view , nice wide rows for plenty of foot space to stretch out and also makes it nice so when fat people make multiple trips to the snack bar that the crotch is not in my face when passing by , floors are a little sticky but hey ....what do you want , im sure its not easy to mop in between 100's of people knocking over thier cokes when get up to head out after a flick and ruddley leeving it for some under age , under pay'd kid to clean it up ! which could be why the staffs attitude sucks !? now we get to the B.S. F'n price its cost to get in !!!!!! if you planning on a night at the northstar for 4 (husband, wife, and 2 kids) better bring that AX card cause it'll break a mutha ! all in all not to bad of a theater !

i give it a 3 star cause i think the attitude of some of the employees need a little work. they need to be a little more freindly then they are, specially when they take 5.25 for a large drink maybe you wont feel so riped off.

II would like to know WHY our theater is not showing Black Swan
You bring in every stupid bloody movie whether it has had good reviews or not
but then Im told by a staff member that you have to see how this one does
Welll the critics love it so why hasnt it been brought to our theater?
I for one along with a number of local dancers have been waiting months to see this movie..... -
Normally a friendly crew from box & concessions to ushers. I saw clean-up crew working between movies at just the right time when they were clearing several theater rooms at once - impressive & organized. Interactions with manager (Ms Thornton) have always been positive, cheerful, and helpful.
