The staff at Harkins are generally the most polite bunch of teenagers I have dealt with the last 2 summers. I have 2 boys aged 10 and 12. I am always pleased with the example set by employees with helpfulness and good manners. The great prices with deals on drinks and popcorn are also very helpful. We go out of our way to be at that theater. The management, the training and most importantly the staff make it worth any inconvenience imposed as far as times or location might be. Not only am I a mother, but a summer time nanny. I am in the theaters twice a week at least in June-July-August and I am telling you, there is no other place as clean, comfortable, and inviting as Harkins. We appreciate that!

I love this place, not only are the tickets cheaper but you can get there loyality cup and get your large soda for 1$ everytime you come as long as you have your cup. You can buy their Tshirt and get a free regular popcorn and even upgrade it for 1$. And if you have kids and want to see an adult movie they have a day care right in the theater where the kids can do crafts, watch kids movies (and they get their own popcorn free) the have dolls, video games, and its just 6$. There is usually 3 woman watching them and you get a pager if there is an emergancy. So for a family of 3 and a matinee it was 20$ with the upgraded popcorn!!! You can take 3 people and get popcorn and soda for 20$ at any other theater. They are the best! Its to bad that there is only one in town, but we found we save more money at any hour to drive to this one then go anywhere else. -
Harkins Northfield 18 is a very nice theatre. It\'s big screen \"Cine Capri\" has a huge screen that is similar to the Continental. You are almost surrounded by the movie. The other smaller theatres it has are also very nice and all have stadium seating for the descriminating movie watcher. Harkins has a special drink cup that allows you inexpensive refills if you bring your cup back next time you go there. Their popcorn is average movie fare and the employees are generally pretty nice. I recommend the Harkins Northfield 18, especially because it is near my house. I give them 4 stars.
