We stopped going there over a year ago solely due to the horrible seating. Have seen four movies already this year in either Gainesville or Buford that we would have saw there if they would fix the seats. For a while you could get in there early and find a seat that wasn't broken, but the last couple of times we went, we moved several times and every seat was bad. It's a great theater otherwise, just not worth it to be uncomfortable the whole time and often times in pain due to the horrible chairs. This guy doesn't realize how many people he has lost due to the deteriorating seats, he will one day. -
I recently wrote to the owner concerning the seating, which is seriously starting to fall apart. On three different occasions I have left in pain, because the seats are falling down and need repair! I told him that I am getting to the point of traveling 45 minutes to Gainesville in order to avoid the seating and lack of quality at Habersham Hills. Here was his extremely rude response to a paying customer:
"And you think that by insulting us and accusing us of "not caring about our customers" will produce the result you want? Please go to Hollywood 15.... We don't want your business! We have 1000s of wonderful customers that love our facility openly. We are doing the very best we can in a very serious recession. If that's not good enough for you----sorry!

Crazy! I never insulted him, just asked if he would please hire some repairmen to fix the seats! Geesh. I had heard people say the owners were very rude and uncaring of their customers, but now I have my own experience to back that up! I will not attend this cinema again. Believe me, the low prices and convenient location aren't worth it.
