  Seems like the majority of the times that I go here these things are always problems:
  
  1. FREEZING..I mean seriously, it's the dead of winter and I swear that they have the air conditioner running..either that, or they haven't heard of a heater. You know it's ridiculously cold when you prepare to go see a movie by piling on your snow boots, winter coat, gloves, and a hat.
  
  2. Either they play the wrong movie or the movie is messed up on the reel and you have to go get management to have them fix it.
  
  *One good thing about this theatre however is that if they play the wrong movie or your movie is messed up they ussually give each person a free movie ticket.

  Nice theator, lousy manager.
  
  Lack of business I'm guessing, has this manager cutting back in all the wrong places!
  
  The only thing the manager does, is keep the place just clean enough to get by.
  
  Other wise a lack of help at the counter, and for ticket sales.
  
  And my wife won't let us go there when there is a need for HEAT! Because there won't be any. Like being at a drive in movie in the middle of winter. With the top down!
  
  In my opinion. A right manager could turn this theator around. Maybe the location isn't the best? But it is close to us. Instead my wife I would rather drive to Twin Creek in Bellevue.
