I cant give this theater a good rating due to a really annoying quirk. I went into the theater but the ticket agent area was closed and a sign said purchase ticket at the concession stand. I stood in line behind 8 or so people for 10 mins (the start time had arrived by the time i got to the counter) when i got to the counter i ordered concessions and asked to buy a ticket. I was then informed that tickets can be only purchased at the counter to the far left (at no point in the area was a sign that stated tickets at this register only). I looked over and saw another 15 people standing in line (10 more behind me) at this point i decided that i wasnt going to wait for another 15 mins while the movie start time had already passed then fight the crowds for a seat. I think ill either go to regal 30 in warrenville or just wait for it to come out on dvd . future movies will be at a different theater im not going to waste my time waiting around in a line (behind people buying popcorn and sodas for 10 mins or more to purchase a ticket.

every time i go to randall 16 theater it\\\'s a wonderfull experience , Unlike at tinssle town , the food at tinssle town makes people sick and the staff never seems enjoyable.
