My teen bought tickets for the 12pm show of Twilight as it was her friends birthday and she was going with her friend. She used her own 20.00 for the tickets and on the 18th she was so excited-Well-she was mistaken the 12pm on the 18th as it was really the 17th at 12pm- So the theatre refused to let them into the next show or give her money back! I phoned the manager 4 x and finally left him a message requesting her to be able to see the movie another time- He NEVER even returned my call- No ethics - No customer service-NO integrity!!
THey stole the money from my 16 yr. old that she worked hard for!
I talked to 3 employees and NO one was willing to help out- they just didn't care- NOT impressed!!!
