Overall great! Though I have to agree with the previous commenter. Not only do we not like 3D, but to PAY MORE for what we DON'T WANT adds insult to injury! During one show for which that was the case we lost visual for a significant period of time and were not offered compensation of any sort (unlike at Regal where all patrons watching the showing of Benjamin Button I saw were offered, without even asking, free passes because of a similar situation - that kind of thing goes a long way to generating and keeping patrons!). Other than that one experience, though, I've always found the experience at Galaxy to be good - clean theater, reasonable selection, polite staff and so on. Please consider more 2D. -
Just thought you should know that since you did not have Tangled in regular, normal NOT 3D we had to go to your compettitor Regal to see it. Now we wanted to see the Green Hornet, but you only have it in 3D so we again have to go to your competitor REGAL to see it . How about showing some of the movies NOT in 3D.
