My first job as a 14 year old (with working papers in NY State) was at a movie theater concession stand. We used to take inventory of the candy and drink cups before and after our shift, then multiply the price for each, and that would tell us whether we had collected the correct amount of money. Each cup counted as a drink and so if this theater gave out a cup, it counted as a drink and they would be short in their money for that night if they gave away a cup with ice only and did not charge for it. That is the reason they would not give you a cup with ice, and maybe because you aren't supposed to have your own drinks in there as well. Just wanted to give another side to that story. There is usually more than one reason for everything.

I really like this cinama......worth going.........

It's open again. Call the phone number for movie information. It ain't fancy, but you can't beat the price. Try taking a family of five to Waterford Lakes! I like this theatre and I'm glad it's open again.

I was there last night. They had a piece of paper up saying that they were reopening the 16th of September. Today.

this theater has not been open for quite some time. Does anyone know if and when they plan on re-opening?

Awwwh MAN, I didn't get to read the "ice cup" thing "cheap, june 10th guy" was "complaining/whining" about. I wanted to read what got everyone all stirred up. (That's what blogs are for.) ; )

My best friend and me love this place, we're single mums she got 3 kids I got 2, so you see this place is PERFECT. Imaging paying for 2 adults and 5 kids everytime that we want to see a movie with the kids, in here we are not worry about that WE LOVE IT!!!

JUNE10th GUY: quit being a cheap jerk and get over yourself. If you want a free cup go pay $9 a ticket EVERYWHERE else.
I enjoy the little things in life and this place is my little slice of heaven. It's cheap and not as many jerks in the theater ruining the movie such as in the larger, more expensive theaters. There concession stand maybe a bit pricy but I am always willing to pay 3.50 for a drink especially when my ticket is only $2.50. Great place for a cheap date with your significant other. Simplistic but wonderful.
