  We live in downtown San Jose. Our neighborhood theater is Camera 12, but the theater is often dirty and the location attracts beggars and worse. The good news is that we can walk across the SJSU campus to the movies.
  
  The "Row" is not convenient for us, but the theater is clean, secure and comfortable. More and more often we meet our neighbors there and enjoy a movie and an excellent restaurant.
