Fantastic----the movie was RIVETING---like the book--the main actress Noomi Rapace is mesmerizing and unforgettable. Not crowded at all. The ticket taker was nice. All in all good experience seeing "Girl who played with Fire" Swedish film based on Stieg Larsson's Millennium Triology book of the same name.

I am glad this theater is here BUT:
1. It always smells moldy in the theater. Yuch.
2. There are no consumer-friendly policies to build up more of a base -- bargain Tuesdays, discount cards (10 admissions for the price of 8...).
3. I guess they are setting themselves up to show similar stuff as Bow Tie but for people who don't want to park downtown but I think they could do even better with programming/attendance (maybe get some more of the Bow Tie crowd to them in the 'burbs) if they designated one screen to be more adventurous -- film fests, or some of the fare that shows at Real Art Ways or Wadsworth but that never makes its way to New Haven). But, the cinema should step up to the plate and host : Jewish Film Fest, Latin American Film Fest, etc... get a newer /younger crowd to the designated "cool" screen. Good luck.
