I TRULY love Crownpoint Theater near the intersection of Monroe Rd & Sardis Rd North. It's a calm, quiet, peaceful place to watch a movie and the popcorn's tasty :).
Smaller and more intimate than the mega movie pavillions that are always overrun with loud kids and huge crowds, this theater is much easier to navigate, easy in and out. There are no long lines for popcorn and the parking lot is small enough that finding your car afterward is relatively easy:)
The staff are cheerful and helpful. And there's even a Seniors Day on Thursdays :) Definitely my favorite theater in Charlotte.
