  Unhappy. I ordered AND paid for tickets ahead of time, to be picked up at the kiosk inside the theatre. Since I did NOT have a AMC card the kiosk would not allow me access to retrieve the tickets. (no mention of this at the website, just have the card that I used to charge the tickets). I then had to go stand in the regular ticket line to get my tickets. No mention of retunding the extra I paid to order them through the kiosk, not even an offer to upgrade a popcorn or drink size! I would have saved myself money and a bunch of time if I'd just have waited in line- instead of preordering the tickets.
  Unhappy customer.
