Well I just returned from this establishment and I am furious at the conditions of the theatre and the horrible management!!! I think they want to drive all the respectful adults away and let the teen agers take over! I took my daughter to the movies this evening and could not even hear the movie because of the teens screaming like 2 yr olds!! I went to the restrooms after the movie and they were in awful condition! Someone had torn the seat off the first stahl...the second was full of feces it was also on the floor and the seat! the third one was covered in urine! The 4th one was ok I guess. I went to get a refill on the tremendously over priced popcorn and drinks and voiced my disgust with the boy behind the counter and he acted like he could care less. A girl came out and wanted to know what I was talking about so I told her the same thing. When I started to speak to her I did have a mad tone to my voice (with very good reason) and she started telling me "YOU DON'T HAVE TO TALK TO ME IN THAT WAY" I said I want the manager only to find the 2 kids behind the counter were the managers and could not care less about the customer! If it weren't for the customer these KIDS wouldn't have jobs and the movie theatre would not exist! I am sick of this theatre...The last 3 times I have visited there it's been this way. It disgusts me! The Boy asked me if I wanted a redo on the movie finally (After I mentioned emailing the corporate office) I told him NO I DON'T!!!! I walked out of the theatre only to be sickened more with all the teens hanging outside practically having sex againt the building at Midnight! I am sick of these places taking our money and treating us like we are dirt under their feet!!! Customers should be treated properly and if they aren't they should boycott the establishments that are refusing to treat them right! We do have the power to do this. Maybe they can make a go of it with their teeny bopper hang out and loiter type crowd!
