oh come on! give me a break and grow up!
1.) not many places have " designated motorcyle parking" and i for one havent ever seen any in Columbus
2.) you should have plainly seen the sign when you first walked in and payed for your tickets!! because where you get the refund is where you pay for your ticket
3.) if there is no motorcyle parking you can't just park wherever you please! they make parking spots for a reason and im sure there were other motorcyles in the parking lot. what do you think you are better than everyone else that you can just park wherever you feel like parking???
4.) a movie theatre is a FAMILY FRIENDLY place so yes, they don't want firearms in their place of buisness! HELLO!!!!!! jeez there are children all over the place!
5.) getting almost hit head on by someone dropping off an employee has NOTHING to do with the actual theatre!
6.) those blue striped spots are there for a reason.... NOT TO PARK IN!!! its for the handicapped parking spots to get people in wheelchairs or other handicapped equipment out without being hit by other drivers and having room to do so!!! just because you don't think you were blocking anyone doesn't mean you have the right to ILLIGALLY park there and get away with it!
7.) who the HELL are you to judge who someone chooses to wear their facial hair???? if they buisness allows it its none of your buisness!
8.) i know exactly who you are talking about and yes he can come off rude but if you are doing something wrong thats his job! he wouldn't be the manager there for years if he wasnt! if you are doing something wrong its HIS JOB to make his place of buisness run smoothly and safe!
9.) i've seen the theatre packed before but there is plenty of parking around there and your "dangerous slope" i see as b.s. cuz ive never seen any major slopes in the parking lot. your lazy asses just didnt want to walk very far to YOU CHOSE to park somewhere you seen unfit!
10.) i don't blame him for "snapping" at you! i would too and you would to the same as hell if you had to deal with the crap you two were pulling! you act like you are better than everyone else there and deserve better treatment!
ive been going to this theatre for years and what you are saying is just ridiculous! calling the bbb over something that was your problem is just stupid! blame yourself before you start blaming others!

My fiance and I visited ShowPlace 12 last Saturday on our motorcycle. We got our tickets early and decided to come back. As we were leaving the premises we were almost hit head on by a truck who was driving a handicapped employee to work. When we came back there was no place to park, so my fiancee pulled into the blue striped spot next to a lightpole. We weren't obstructing any vehicles or blocking any handicapped people., but a manager came out. He looked very unprofessional with a full beard. He harassed my fiancee and told him to go park someplace else. My fiancee asked him where the designated motorcycle parking was there was no designated parking spots. My fiancee was forced to park on a dangerous slope. We walked up to the ticket taker and the same manager stopped us and he asked my fiancee if he was a law enforcement officer. He had noticed my fiancee's firearm. My fiance said, "no." The manager then went on to harass my fiancee in front of everyone in the lobby even some of my family. My fiancee asked him where the sign was and he rudely snapped at him and said that it was over by the counter. After all this embarassment I told the manager that we wanted a refund. We stepped over to the counter. It was there that we saw the policy. It was typed in tiny letters that we barely see. The manager continued to make rude comments about my fiancee's parking. We were very much disrespected and harassed by this manager. My Saturday night date with my fiancee was ruined because of that manager. He could've brought my fiancee to the side and told him their policy, but he chose to harass us and embarass us beyond reason in front of dozens. I do not believe that we will ever visit that theatre again and we are in our 20's, so that is a huge loss. I will also write reviews and tell everyone what happened, so that no one else will be put through the same situation. I have contact the Better Business Bureau on this issue.
