The 70th Anniversary showing on 9/23, 7pm on screen 9 was a disaster. Picture was muddy, dark, out of focus, and the sound was less than 5.1.
Only the short docu featurette was show, no other reported/advertised extras.
I asked for my ticket price back and got 2 free passes from mgr, and 2 other couples got refunds.
Not sure if satelite link feed was poor or digital projector was faulty..but depending on the theater, and part of the country...it was inconsistant. From Excellent to disappointed. There was NO HD aspect to this film ever, and was so dark, it was impossible to enjoy OZ in Technicolor, as it was not.
Always my first choice when looking for a movie. Good food in the atrium, and I love Pacific Place for it\\\'s modern stylish ambiance. The theater is always clean and comfy.
This theater gives me a reason to go to Seattle, mainly because of the digital presentations and 3-D movies, but I\'m hoping that when kitsap county turns into a county of big citys like King county, i\'ll be happy.\r\n
Clean and well-maintained theaters and restrooms. Some nights the upstairs bar is open, serving wine and beer. What makes Pac Place unique in Seattle is its exposed log cabin style interior design. But who in this century goes to a theater for the lobbies? The theaters don\\\'t inspire, but, more importantly, don\\\'t disappoint. Its filled with high-backed, gently mobile chairs, and knee-busting cup holders, and a solid audiovisual experience. Easily the best movie theater in downtown Seattle.
