    Excellent customer service

    I watched "The Help" on 8/11/11 (great movie, by the way) for the 12:45 show and upon leaving accidentally left my ipod on my seat. I didn't discover the loss until late that night and was unable to call the theater. However, I called the above number at 9:30 the next morning and the phone was answered promptly and courteously. The person answering asked for a description of my ipod and then checked lost and found. Within a minute she came back on the line to tell me that my ipod was safely in lost and found. She took my name so that I could pick up the ipod at my earliest convenience. My husband was able to successfully retrieve my ipod later that same day.

    Kudos to the staff cleaning the theater for turning in this valuable item! (And I know it was the staff turning in because there were very few people at this showing and no one was sitting near me.)

    Neshaminy is one of my favorite theaters and I will certainly visit it again.

    the neshaminy management is deplorable. corporate does not care. nicole and anthony should be fired for their lack of courtesy to the patrons. customers have their cell-phones on, but management doesn't tell them to leave, i promised nicole that one day i would work hard to get her fired...but corporate does not care - i have called, i have written - no success. i hold my breath every time i go to the movies..i go back because of location. - eileen massi

    WOW! I know that this comment was obviously written a long time ago, but I have to agree with the first comment. The manager should never have asked you to move to accommodate the three that came in last!! They should have split up or sat in the front. You came early to get good seats and if they wanted good seats, they should have been responsible and also come early, too.They are the ones that should have been inconvenienced- not you! I hope you wrote letters to corporate and got some free tickets for that one!

    I have never had a problem there and the concession booth and people who interact with the public do indeed work hard and do a good job at customer service. That said, if I were in Kathryn's shoes, I would have had them get an owner on the phone. That seems like a shocking abuse of authority.
    It also doesn't seem like something that has much to do with all the hardworking staff that do indeed clean up after the slobs that we've all seen there. This seems to me to be the case of one bad apple; the kind of person who acts the part of the dictatorial megalomaniac who abuses the minuscule bit of authority they have in order toreport this review for TOS violationpensate for shorreport this review for TOS violationings in their life. Maybe to get back at the people who picked on them in high school, or toreport this review for TOS violationpensate for the fact they wanted to be a doctor or some other job that one would aspire to. I don't know about everyone else, but growing up I didn't dream of being the manager of a movie theater.

    i think it ridiculous that you would think that they wouldn't act like that. if you were a manager you would do the same thing. and even so i truly doubt that he said anything of that sort to you.
    The employees of AMC Neshaminy 24 work extremely hard to keep up the appearance of the place, they work very hard to serve your concession items, and they do it all with a smile on their face. i appreciate the way that they treat us as guests and not as customers. It seems like a hard job to have to clean up after the slobs that go into that theater

    Deplorable customer service.

    For a showing of "The Dark Knight", I bought my tickets early, and showed up 45 minutes early to ensure good seats. It was a Wednesday night, so the theater wasn't packed, but had a decent amoutn taken up already.

    5 minutes after the official start time, 3 people came in expecting seats in the prime area together. Obviously that wasn't going to happen, and there were over 30 empty seats in the front, and 20 scattered throughout the top. They weren't willing to sit in the front or split up, so she called her friend, a theater manager (I know because they hugged and kissed a great deal).

    He turned off the reel already showing trailers, and told us we all had to move, it was a sold out show (despite over 50 empty seats). When I explained that we had come 45 minutes early to get the seats we were in (and that the tickets clearly state "first come, first serve"), he told me I was unreasonable, and that he wouldn't start the movie unless we moved.

    I find it disgraceful that they moved several hundred people to accomodate 3 friends who thought they deserved great seats coming late to a movie.
