Rich is correct. I was there recently and like the movies in Green Acres (the safer one) arm rests were falling off too or missing. Some seats at the RVC theater needed stitching. The parking is horrendous as if the dumb Chamber of Commerce wants customers to stay away. They need more parking that offers more than 2 hrs to park. They don't seem to get the message. -

This is no longer a 5 star theater. The last time I was there over the summer some armrests needed to be replaced. They were very worn. Bathrooms should be on the second floor since there are movies on that floor and better movies selections should be offered. Parking is awful in Rockville Center which makes me go to other alternatives in Merrick and Lynbrook. And of course the prices for refreshments is way out of line and worse in Long Beach.
