My son and I like this theater because it is within walking distance to our home. There are never crowds and sometimes we have the theater all to ourselves. Yes, there are a few broken seats but all we do is move to another seat. There are plenty to choose from as the theaters are huge. We have never experienced bad customer service. If fact just the opposite. We like having the stubs reward card, and it has saved us quite a bit of money. I don't really notice a problem with the quality of the picture or the sound. I am not really a fan of the cup holders, but I deal with it. No biggie. The pluses for this theater far outweigh the minuses. -
This is a good theater for those with simple tastes. It is no-frills, yet it is comfortable enough. The seats weren't an issue for me, and the customer service was just fine.
I would consider the condition of the building to be adequate, definitely not new, in reasonable condition. The price is fairly decent all things told.
The sound also was just fine, and I enjoyed the movie!
I saw this list of reviews for Factoria 8, earlier today before I went to see the movie. I have been to the theater several times through the years, and while it is not fancy, it is kept in good condition and it is clean. There is also plenty of parking available.
I would definitely go to this theater again, it works for me. -
this theater is the same as it was 25 years ago. If you want to go to a ghetto theater this is the one!!! This is a total tear down! -
This theatre needs a huge amount of WORK!! Uncomfortable seats - bad sound system AND video games are located outside of many of the theatres. When I spoke to management about this - they just gave a stunned look. We will NOT go back! -
This theater is one of my least favorites in the area. The seats are uncomfortable very much space, and the drink holders are positioned strangely. Also, the customer service is not very great. the good thing is that they sometimes do not check for tickets and the mall is close by so it would be easy to bring in your own concessions.
