NEVER GO HERE!!
I want to give this place a huge -1,00,000. Negative trillion infinity if I could. This is the worse movie theater experience I could ever experience in one lifetime.
WORST MOVIE THEATER EVER CREATED. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!
I'm not some newbie saying that. i have been living in Seattle for 18 years. all my life.
Here is what happened.
i was skipping school and just like in the 90s, you go to the movie theaters and play "hookie" (skip school).
I bought a ticket to see the new 300 Sparta movie. This was in the morning so it was slow and not many people there. About an hour into the movie, I left the theater to use the bathroom. While in the bathroom, I threw my movie ticket into the trash because my mom is very strict, and she would have got really angry if she found the movie ticket while she was doing my laundry in my pants pocket.
I went back into the movie theater, 2 minutes later. a female employee approached me asking me for my ticket, I could not produce it at the time since I had trashed it. She said "We only have 4 people purchase this ticket for this showtime, can you show me your ticket?" I think it was probably because there were 5 people sitting in the whole movie theater at probably 10:00 AM and they had already sold 4 tickets. I'm assuming that's why. Point is someone else snuck into the movie, not me!!! and i was made to leave even though i was a paying customer! She proceeded to ask me to leave along with another female employee and followed me out in a very disrespectful interrogative way. What are they, wannabe cops?? Any real legal authority? Just acted like real a******s and like they were having a lot of fun making someone leave and ruining their day.
That; is so stupid! I paid for the damn movie and couldn't even finish it. If they were smarter, they would not ask people to leave half way through a movie. So many times I have been here, and whenever I walk to the concession stand, they take forever to serve me. If i want popcorn, or a hot dog, whatever I want, it takes nearly forever for someone to acknowledge me, and come up to the cash register to see what I want. Do you think i'm just standing there for fun and missing my movie? And then when I do proceed to try to order, they take forever to take my credit card/money. To create any sort of total. And even after I order, they will take forever to fetch popcorn in the bucket. And if you order nachos or a hot dog! Forget about it!!! they will take half an hour or so to heat something up or give you something warm! It is absolutely the worst service ever a movie theater could even imagine to provide customers!
Let's imagine I did sneak into that movie, which I didn't. Don't you think I would get hungry or thirsty at some point?? Even though if I didn't pay your expensive $10.00 ticket for a movie, don't you think I might have at some point purchased your $20.00 over expensive popcorn or maybe your super ripped off $10.00 pepsi.
If you want some real useful criticism, I would say don't send people to every movie theater to count how many heads match the number of tickets sold and make people leave half way through a movie just because they didn't have a ticket in their pocket. Financially that is not smart of you as a business because even if someone didn't pay the $10 to get into the movie, they might spend money on food and drinks which would make you money. Also, if it's already half way through the movie, what's the big deal if they have already seen half of it already? Is there a point to enforce tickets at that point? Like I said, that's really stupid on your end as a business, because even if I didn't pay for the ticket, I might have got hungry or thirsty and spent money on you anyways. You kicked someone out of the movie theater who was a paying customer who probably would have made you more money by paying for your food/drinks you dumb f***s!!!!
I think I was asked for my movie ticket and no one else was asked because I'm a young ethnic male of color wearing a hooded sweatshirt. I'm glad I wasn't wearing the actual hood to the sweatshirt because in that case I would have probably had worse consequences. In that case, thank you for just kicking me out of the movie theater and not shooting me. This might just sound like an immature post from some angry kid but I assure you I have over 1,000 friends on Facebook, over 500 different friends on Instagram, and starting a large youtube channel following. That means this will reach thousands and thousands of people that you kicked a paying customer out of your theater. Try hiring SMARTER people who can actually serve you in a timely manner at the concession stand instead of making you wait forever to be even acknowledged at the counter and then after paying them, making you wait FOREVER! Also, it's probably better you don't have a****** employees jumping from movie to movie asking people half way through, a full hour into the movie if they have a ticket or not.
