  We have gone to two movies in the last two days and the atmosphere and movies were great. No problems except for a blurred screen before the movie started the first day (junk ads). However, in the past, the movie theatre did smell like old popcorn and spilled drinks. But not these two days. The carpets and floors were very clean and the air smelled very clean. Thanks to the management for taking care of this, you are appreciated for paying attention to the details. Now if the drinks and food prices would go down considerably, then we would have something! 12/30/11 Gary and Barb

  the person above must be a problem within theirself. I have always had a great time at the AMC Crossroads theater. Just because a New theater came to town doesn't mean we should abandon our old place...i give the AMC Crossroads 4 stars.....going there tonight...

  I really didn't want to write a review here but since I have tried all morning to get in touch with a human at AMC anywhere I decided that here is the place to write a review. We saw Indiana Jones last night and the movie was good except for the part or parts where there was a line down the right side of the screen. I did report this to the person that takes tickets but she was so shy that I got nowhere. I don't think she even tried to report it. I think if you want to see a good movie go somewhere different than AMC Crossroads Mall 16. We did stay til the end but the screen distracted from the total movie. I would like a refund.
