After my first time to Academy, I always look to see what they are playing first, because they are a great place to enjoy a movie at. Clean, Good employees and excellent beers and food at prices that people can actually afford. -
This is by far our favorite theater. Child care, excellent pizza from next-door, and the folks who work there are so down to earth. It's great. -
I love this theater. It is so not in my neighborhood but I went there once out of necessity (only theater still showing movie I wanted to see), have been back once since (pretty much on purpose) and look forward to going again. It is a pleasure of a movie theater experience: the atmosphere of the lobby, the food, the film viewing experience. All good. My only request: please update the price up above. It's $4 for adults (not $3), at least it was the times I went, in the last two months.

At last a local Theater that is decorated well and is pleasant to be in and has good prices. Definitely the place to go to see those first run movies a few weeks after they are released. The theater is completely redone and is very comfortable and I like supporting the small theaters that are people friendly. -
I LOVE this theater. The prices are great, the atmosphere is fun and best of all, for those of us with kids, there is on-site babysitting. You have to call ahead, but my kids had as much fun as we did. The staff is friendly and even my 2 year old, who is often shy, wanted to go back. HIGHLY recommend. -
I love this theater, it is family friendly and the price is right when it comes to taking a family out for the evening.
The seats are very comfortable and I would suggest this theater to anyone who has kids. Even if you have child that is too young to see a movie, you can call them and arrange a sitter to entertain your child at the theater while you see the movie.
