I last went to this theater to see Red Riding Hood and discovered MOLD all over the hotdog that I had ordered (bun). I had the SAME issue over four months ago at the SAME location. I chose then to view it as a one-off incident and gave them another chance this last weekend. Just gross. "If" I didn't put mustard on them and liked them plain, then I would have ambled into the darkness to feast on this mess. I'm pretty certain that you won't die from such a thing, but man, you pay a gazillion dollars for this crap... the least they can do is give you FRESH crap? Look, I am a 42 year old San Jose native, so I have every right to complain... the Century Theaters "used" to be the premier place to view current films... apparently, not anymore. With Santana Row right across the street, Winchester blvd. has quite literally "become" the tracks and the aging, shoddy, Century Theaters are on the WRONG side. If you really want to view a first-run movie in comfort, cleanliness and have the funds to do so anymore? Your best bet is to go literally almost ANYWHERE else that the movie you chose is being shown. Thanks for reading and letting me vent.
