thats bs the watertown cineama 5 is a very decent experiance i would tell anyone about it, it was a nice place to view a movie

I recently attended a movie at the Watertown Cinema 5, It was not a pleasant experience.



The floor of the Theater was unclean and it appeared that nobody had cleaned it in a very long time.

The bathrooms were also very un-clean

The popcorn i purchased tasted bad and even though they had just popped some fresh popcorn i got about the bottom third of the bag full of inedible shells, defiantly not worth the cost.

The theater i was sitting in had almost no armrests, which is very uncomfortable to sit in during a movie.



Last year my father bought the coupons that came with a free movie pass as he has for the past several years, they gave him a bunch of EXPIRED movie passes and when we finally found a movie that your theaters honor them at they were refused even though the manager had assured my father that they would take them since they had run out of valid ones.



Ov erall the Watertown, SD Cinema 5 sucks, i don't plan to see anymore movies there anytime soon the experience was so bad. I would give the theater an F.
