Get your Bimart card and use it to get 2 for 1 admission on Tuesdays. Buy your beer and pizza, and relax in a casual place. Two people can have a nice date for less than 20 dollars, just like 30 years ago. Beloved and I go frequently, and have never been disappointed.

If you like warm beer, cold popcorn with an unknown liquid squirted on it with an old style mustard/ ketchup bottle passing as butter, sticky floors, squeeky seats this is the place for you. Its a little less expensive then a modern theater, but you will get what you pay for. Spend the extra ten bucks and be comfortable.

Our family LOVES the family matinee. It's packed on the weekends, so arrive a bit early. We enjoy all the chatter and clatter that comes from little ones and have found the staff, management and others to be extremely tolerant and welcoming, (although I do wish they would ask parents of crying babies to exit to the lobby.) Thank you Valley Theater!

Parking is easy, and the price is right!

Great theater for cheap movies later in the evening at which you can get a beer and a popcorn. Never usually too busy and most films come through here for a week or two before going to DVD. People who like old campy-looking candy ads that play before the movie will be pleased. Now that a matinee at the regular theater is up to $7, I see a lot more movies here.

This review is not for the overall theater but for the family matinee. If your children are young and unable to sit still for 2 hours or talk once in a while, this is NOT the matinee for you. Unlike other family matinees I\'ve been to, there is not much tolerance for children. I suggest finding another theater, or waiting a few weeks and renting the movie.
