Not a very good value or experience (but better than nothing) - still, I run down to Del Monte Theaters in Monterey if I want a decent experience for a big first-run flick.
The seats are the worst I have seen in a first-run theater. Many have been broken for years. I will do anything I can to avoid seeing a film in this theater, even though it is a 3-minute walk from my home.
Most of the seats in the middle aisle are broken. The seats in this theater are the worst in Northern California-- pretty terrible for a theater that charges this much.
love the cinema 9 all u haters can suck it bitches and i luv there seets!!! plus there popcorn is good and they have a big screen sooooo plll :P
The seats are a crap-shoot: some are OK and some are very uncomfortable as the reclining mechanism has broken down.nnMy biggest complaint, however, is the Television commercials you are forced to watch 20 minutes before the movie. If you pay $10 for content, you shouldn't be forced to watch commercials for cars, soda, and credit cards. I don't mind movie trailers, but video games? C'mon, is nothing sacred?
They have a small screen that they play movies on. They still charge full price $10 for seeing the movie on that screen and they don't have something stating which movie is being showed on the small screen.nnThey should really let their customers know. I would have waited to see the movie at home for that.
