Overall, a fairly mediocre cinema. But it's the only one around, so they don't have a lot of incentive to improve their service. They do keep the theaters clean, which is a blessing, and they have quite a few of them with all of the biggest releases. But the box office is rarely open. Instead, tickets are sold at the concessions counter, which is extremely slow. They used to have a machine that allowed you to buy tickets yourself with your credit/debit card, but that's no longer operational.

One of the biggest issues is their sound system, which is crackly in some theaters, and you can often hear the sound from adjacent theaters.

Overall, it could be a lot worse, but it could also be a lot better if there were another theater to compete with.

"Considering the population of the area served, this is a great theater, reasonable prices, ."

True, but....as far as reasonable prices I beg to differ. When it costs me almost $20 for a ticket, one medium popcorn and one medium drink I think that is waayyyy out of line.

Lots of movies -- NEW movies -- and a clean theater ... BUT -- what a stupid way to enter a theater! The box office is always (?) closed, so you go in to one line -- where people are getting their tickets and buying their incredibly over-priced food crap. ONE SLOW LINE! So, you get to the theater in plenty of time, and have to wait so damn long to get in, you miss the beginning -- or all the trailers. Ya know, this is just a BS way to make more money, with an "F the customer" viewpoint! If there were another theater, like the other reviewer said, they wouldn't "have you by the balls," and I would go THERE instead!

Also, very often, while watching one movie, you have to hear what is playing in the adjacent theater. That's as bad as sitting in front of a******s who won't shut up!

Considering the population of the area served, this is a great theater. It has multiple screens, great parking right at the front door, friendly staff, clean facilities and theaters, reasonable prices, and first run movies. Snack bar is expensive but so are all the others. I think it is a real asset for the people in our community.
