I have gone to this movie theater and have enjoyed it every time I have gone. The people there are very nice and friendly. I was late to a movie and they let me change my ticket for a later movie no questions asked and my experience has been great. The popcorn was hot and fresh, drinks good, and love the candy. I hope if you have a chance please try it out and you will be happy you did. -
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager is rude and unprofessional and has no sense of what customer service is. We are weekenders were denied a movie after a misunderstanding and instead of refunding our money and or giving us a "raincheck" ticket, we were told we had to leave or the police would be called. I am 6 months pregnant, was with my husband and 72 yr old grandmother and had be escorted out of the theather without my refund and the name of the owner because the Manager said I had to go through her to get my complaint accross. Next time I am driving to Athens or plain and simple just see a movie in Dallas. -
If you are a homeowner weekender at Cedar Creek Lake avoid this Cinema. A rude young manager with metal in her lower lip. Poor Sound and quality on films shown. Stale popcorn and an uncaring movie Cinema owner who is too cheap to send promised free tickets for a poor movie experience.
