One of the most comfortable, well designed theaters in the US. The building is a fascinating configuration of an old movie palace. I love the selections of films they offer. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfy seats and good popcorn; What more can you ask of a movie theater?

I really love this cinema. I go here all the time--at least 2 or 3 X a month. The ambiance is comfortable and the seats are great. It's not too large and intimidating but large enough to have quite a few films. The films they show are always interesting--not the block busters but the thoughtful films you can't see elsewhere. The staff is pleasant, (for a change in Chicago!) friendly and efficient.I like the mall, the bus is right outside, the neighborhood has plenty of things to do or shops to browse before or after the theatre, including Borders right across the street. All in all I give this a high recommendation!
