I HAVE NEVER SEEN A MOVIE THEATER AS BAD AS THIS ONE IT IS JUST HORIBILE!! THE PRICE IS OUTRAGOUS. THERE ARE KIDS RUNING WILD.\r\n\r\n THE MANAGER IS VERY RUD. HE HAS THE WORST ADITTUD EVER. I WILL NEVER EVER go back to this theater. MOST OF THE STAFF ARE SO RUD.\r\n\r\n MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TO TAKE A LITTEL MORE TIME TO DRIVE TO MALCO AND SPEND WAY LESS MONEY ON TICKETS AND REFRESHMENTS. I go to this theater every Friday, yeah it is a little bit hot, and the tickets are a little over priced!!! But I don\'t mind paying it! As long as I get to see my favorite cashier lol... I think her name is Christina! She has a wonderful personality!! :-D

I have been going to this theater, since it opened. Why? because it is close. I live within five minutes of the theater. It is more expensive to see a movie there, and get popcorn, drinks, etc. During the summer months, it is usually VERY hot, in the theater and in the winter, it is usually VERY cold. They do not seem to care about the adult customers, who pay to use their theater, but do not care about the kids, who go there, either. All they seem to care about is the incredibly high prices that they charge for a ticket and the incredibly high prices that they charge for their overpriced concessions. I wish Malco would buy this theater, but if they do, what will it cost us?\r\n\r\nHave you been to a Malco theater, recently? Gangs have basically taken over the theaters in Memphis. I would not want that to happen here.\r\n\r\nRi ght now, we seem to have a choice of. One. Pay outrageous prices for the movie and concessions. Two. Take our lives in our hands, and go to Memphis, to see a movie at one of the Gangland theaters. Three. Stay at home and watch HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, etc. Four. Stay at home and watch videos or DVDs.\r\n\r\nMy wife wanted to move here, to get out of the city and away from the hoodlums. I guess you just have to pay the extra cost, and suffer the inconveniences, or do not go to that theater.

I saw Journey to the center of the earth had to pay 2 dollars extra for 3d glasses. after the movie the manager was at the door with a box in the way and would not let me pass he wanted my glasses I told him my wife had them he basically called me a thief and liar. my wife came out with the glasses. he didn't apologize I told him I wanted my 2 dollars back he said that was 4 the movie not glasses, exact opposite of the sign up front. He should be replaced, he is too rude to deal with the public. The food is outrageously overpriced. The ticket booth Is outside. the restrooms and theater are dirty, and It IS HOT! I bet the Theater air units are set to 80 degrees. I doubt I will be back, its only 20 minutes more to the Malco Stage cinema.

I went to see hancock tonight at this theater. First of all the tickets are 0.50 more than Malco. The food also seems more expensive. On top of that they do not take credit/debit cards and their ATM machine is VERY expensive.

A fter the movie started, more and more kids started to come into the theater. They were standing in the entry way talking, hopping over seats and acting in general like they were at a house party instead of a movie theater.

Whe n we complained to the manager, he had a 'so what' attitude. I could not believe it. He was down right rude to us. I have to say that I will never be going back. I will take my money to Memphis and Malco.

I've been several times and have not had a problem. As far as the price goes, it's more expensive than the others. But after using $4 a gallon gas to drive to Bartlett, it probably comes out pretty even. Rotten kids are a problem at just about every theater I've ever been to. Blame the parents not the theater.

i agree the manager is rude, there is hardly any toilet paper, and the air and heat is a hit or miss situation..but what do we expect when we know who the owner is "non american" this is not meant to be a racial slur or anything like that, but we americans do things differently, handle things differently, our cleaness, the way we talk to people, and just a overall running business is different..so we either need to quit going, or hope someone else buys the theatre..(i hope someone else buys it).. and as for everyone griping about the kids, HELLO!! does everyone seem to forget that most of us went to the movies when we were in middle school and highschool..!!g ranted it wasnt every weekend but the movie theatre wasnt 5 min. away either. so quit fussing about the kids..they are kids who have nothing else to do in this small town but drink, smoke dope and make babies..i would much rather mine be at the movies!

This is an awful theatre. I still can't believe there have been no improvements since it opened. They still do not take debit/credit cards and it costs a fortune to use their ATM. The staff is very rude. Everything is too expensive. And it's stupid that you have to buy your tickets outside, I have no idea why they set it up like that. I thought there would be a place eventually inside to buy more tickets if you wanted to watch another movie, but you have to go back outside and come in again! And this pretty much is a teen hangout. My daughter likes to go because she's in middle school and likes to meet her friends up there. I prefer Malco. And I prefer to drive further for better customer service and cost savings. But we go here sometimes because it's convenient. Or because she's meeting friends there. The teens don't care that it's a crappy place. And management does not like you to hang around and play their video games either. You never know if it's going to be freezing cold or burning up in the movie.. it's been both on many occasions.. never just normal.. I wish they would have put a Malco in Atoka instead of this dump. Just don't expect very much if you plan on going here. The employees are very rude... and management sucks.

Okay so the movie theatre is where kids usually hang out right ? Yea so me and my friend went to go see a movie and the guy selling tickets gave my friend the wrong ticket. So as we were walking into the theatre, the dumb owner starts asking us if he can see our tickets.. ? Weird, right ? And my friend is only 14 years old [like me] and he says she has the wrong ticket and she needs to go see the movie that started at the same time as the movie we were actually supposed to go into. So my friend says she didn't ask for that ticket to the rated R movie the owner was telling her she had to go into. I had the right ticket & we bought tickets together btw. So he kicks my 14 year old friend out of the movie theatre because he thought she was sneaking in. Okay what am I supposed to do ? Go see the movie by myself ? Umm no. I called my mom and she came up to the movies and WENT OFF on the owner. Nothing good came out of it. The owner is just cheap & stupid. I would not suggest going to this movie theatre. But if you do, make sure you have the right ticket before entering the theater.

To be frank, this theater is terrible in many ways. If you are to blind to see, let me explain.

1. Young children are allowed to run freely all over the place.
2. The tickets and refreshments are extremely high.
3. The food is high, yet it is a disount from Kroger.
4. The manager is a complete numnut.
5. The service is terrible.
