We've been to this theater many times now and have never had any problems with people talking. Most of the theaters are small and so are the screens, but with the stadium seating we've never had any problems comfortably seeing the movie.

The employees are very courteous to friendly, you never have to ask them to stop putting popcorn in the bag halfway through for a generous dosing of butter because they do it automatically; the prices are great and you get a card that gets stamped each time for 10 movies then you get a freebie. The popcorn and the butter are also the best around, and I'm picky about my popcorn and butter! ;p

The only problem I've had with this theater is that about 5 big steps outside the exit door and to the right there is a significant "lip" where two of the concrete slabs have shifted and the one towards the stairs is higher by about an inch and a half. In August of 2008 we were getting out of a later movie and it was dark. There are NO lights between the exit door and the walk to the stairs down to the parking lot, so the only light is coming from the exit door and when you're walking away the path in front of you is in shadow.

The toe of my shoe caught up against the lip and I fell down face forward, very hard, catching the full force of the fall on the palms of my hands and my right knee.

I injured my neck, shoulders, elbows, hands, and my knee fairly seriously. It took over 6 months of chiropractic work and physical therapy to recover and the theater's insurance, although starting out being very cooperative and helpful, ended up not following through properly in communicating with my health care providers. hassled me repeatedly about paperwork I'd already turned in several times, and set a ridiculously low limit on the payout for my injuries, which were not minor in any way.

To top it off, the theater has NOT fixed the problem, it is still there.

I give the theater itself 5 stars for what goes on inside, the other is a problem with the owners/insurance.

While I can\'t say this is the best theater I\'ve ever been to I can say that the staff was helpful and that the audience was under control. The theater was very clean for the most part and the seating arrangement was close to the screen yet far enough back that the front-seaters could still see well. Don\'t be hesitant to go here because it\'s fine.

This small theater may lack some of the accouterments that larger theaters offer, but at nearly half the price for admission, it is a great value! In addition, I have found this theater to be clean and the staff to be helpful.

This is not a fancy theater but all of the seats are stadium. Each is a fairly small theater except one or two main ones. We have never had any trouble with other audience members and it is clean. Plus they have REAL butter for the popcorn. There have been times during weekday showings where we have been the only ones in the audience.

This is the worst theater I\'ve ever attendend. It was dirty, smelled bad, and the movies often start early. I will never go back if I have the option of going elsewhere. For a city that prides itself for having a world-class dinner theater, it seems a bit ironic that its movie theater is of such low quality. Two-thumbs down!

Definitely one of the least enjoyable movie theater experiences I have ever had. Went to the Chanhassen Cinema to watch \"Quantum of Solace\" on opening night. . . should have chose a different theater to spend my money at. Throughout most of the movie, I couldn\'t even understand, let alone focus on what was going in the movie because of all of the talking that was going on around us. The theater doesn\'t have anyone checking on the audience; we had teenagers talking to eachother and texting on their cell phones throughout the whole movie. Not my idea of a good way to spend my money. We will not be going back. There are plenty of nicer theaters that actually remind the audience to turn off their cell phones and tell people to be quiet so others can enjoy the movie they paid money to see.
