It is a nice clean theater,all the people that work there are very nice and they have good movies..But the volume is always so load that it bothers me and I hear others complain.TURN THE VOLUME DOWN! we are not hard of hearing! -
Good Theater, Clean, good movie experience. I would have to agree with the others though, the older blonde lady is really bitter and a poor representative of the rest of the organization. Several of the other employees are really outstanding, especially the blonde gentleman that takes the tickets (he's always really helpful and nice to my kids). I would give Ottumwa 8 a 5 star rating if it weren't for the nasty lady at the ticket counter! -
We’re grateful to have a nice theater & are ALWAYS treated professionally, especially by the blonde lady. She does a superb job managing the theater, cleanliness, & staff. Unfortunately, everyone has to put up with belligerent kids/movie goers, but as far as the staff goes… outstanding! -
there's an old woman there with blondish hair who is a RAGING C*NT they need to fire her a s s immediately. I brought my 5-year-old nephew to see a movie here once and he started crying when he saw her. That was worth the 8 bucks. -
I'm waiting very hopefully for Courageous. Please show it in Ottumwa, I know of quite a lot of people who would LOVE to see it!!

I like the theater itself, and the large selection of movies. Prices on everything need to be lowered. I'm not going to pay that much to go see a movie unless its really worth it. B!#chy blonde lady? Don't talk to my best friend like he's trash, and don't say crap about what my girlfriend is wearing ever again! Get the heck out of the theater, get some manners, and iron your birthday suit!!

First I think they need to drop their prices or give better service. One still waiting for Soul Surfer to come to Ottumwa, two the popcorn is never hot and fresh and three the soda is very watered down. If I have to pay 3 hours salary to take my husband to a movie I want service. That is not to much to ask for.

This theator is the only theator we have around, and I think its a good theator, they do their job just fine, and I wud recommend it to someone!!

This theater is great! Look around Ottumwa. Do you see any other theater with this much to offer within 60 miles? No! Employees and managers do their jobs very well so that we can enjoy many movies.
We are very fortunate to have this in our little town.
