Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas Movie Reviews
User reviews on Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas
A stoner comedy that is running out of ways to shock its audience, the film is till funny at times but not as funny as it used to be and that is a bit sad. I have never liked Harold and Kumar films but I will try to be objective. The jokes were offensive and silly as usual but it did not have the same shock factor as the previous films. Neil Patrick Harris is hilarious and odd as usual and I think that this film owes him a lot because every time he comes on the screen the film becomes so much better. I saw the film in 3D and I do not think it was necessary to make this film in 3D. Overall, if you are a fan you will enjoy this film.
This movie is an instant classic. Way better than number 2, which kind of was #2, I loved this movie. Yes, the funniest parts showed up in the preview, but still there was lots of laughs to be had. This movie is great even if you are seeing without a bud.
It's been too long since Bad Santa was released, and it's about time someone took the piss out of Christmas. And who better to do that than Harold and Kumar. The boys are back in this 3D Christmas spectacular. It's a third sequel, so it's not as good as the first one, but it's certainly got a lot of funny moments.
Harold and Kumar are now distant from each other, but come back together to find a Christmas tree. Yeah, that's the plot. But the plot of the first one was these two looking for cheeseburgers, so really, plot doesn't matter. It's just an excuse to have a baby covered in cocaine, Neil Patrick Harris in a musical number, and take offs on the tongue stuck to the pole scene from A Christmas Story that involve other body parts.
It's a dumb movie, but it's fun dumb. And finally, some treats 3D for what it is: a joke. Things fly off the screen all the time, from eggs to poop to, well, other things. It doesn't try to be serious, and thank god for that. Sometimes you just want to laugh.
I think this film was the least funny from all three films and I do not recommend seeing it in the theaters. I saw the film in 3D and did not really understand why it was necessary to make this film in 3D, my guess is that it was probably for the stoners. I thought that the film lacked laughs and the baby joke was really not funny at all, I did not laugh out loud once and that is a very bad sign for the film like this one. I felt that he film was packed with everything that could offend you and I guess the filmmakers thought it will be enough, however the film does not have the charm and it has no heart and I think it is time to stop Harold;s and Kumar’s adventures with this film.
This is definitely the weakest film of all three and i regret that I spend extra cash to see it in 3D, it was totally not worth it and unnecessary. The only good thing about this film was neil Patrick Harris, he was funny and odd and that is how we like him, everything else sucked big time. It seems that the filmmakers tried to put every single stupid thing in this film and it did not work because it was not funny at all. I do not understand how an infant snorting a huge amount of coke is supposed to be funny, I mean in what twisted world that would be funny? Overall, I do not recommend seeing this film in theaters because it is not worth the price of the ticket and it is definitely not worth your time.
