I absolutely loved this film and I hope this review will encourage you to see this wonderful movie. The film is stunning visually and the natural beauty of Thai jungles is overwhelming. The director lets the audience take it all in with long shots and the nature seems to be one more character in the film. The movie is about life and harmony as well as death and destruction of beauty. I was totally imeressed in the world that director Apichatpong Weerasethakul created and I am thankful that I got to see it. If you are tired of Hollywood bullcrap and want to see a truly beautiful and meaningful film, run to the theater and see this movie, I promise that you will be moved and you will leave the theater with a wonderful feeling of lightness.
